We collect personal data you provide when registering (name, email, password) and when submitting booking or charter requests. We also collect technical information such as IP address, device type and pages visited, in line with our Cookie Policy.

Personal data is used to create and manage your account, process booking requests, communicate with you about your travel and improve our services. We never sell your data to third parties.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share necessary information with operators, brokers and partners involved in fulfilling your booking. All partners are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@jetiquecircle.com. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
5. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by Italian and EU law for fiscal, accounting and contractual purposes.
6. Security
Data is stored in encrypted form on infrastructure within the European Union. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and protected by industry-standard authentication.
