Jetique Circle is a platform that allows registered members to discover empty-leg and last-minute flights, browse shared private-jet seats, submit charter requests and, in future releases, participate in curated group experiences. We act as an intermediary that surfaces offers and forwards your requests; every booking is subject to manual review and to operator availability.
To submit a booking request you must register an account with accurate information and confirm your email address via the activation link we send you. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through your account. We may suspend accounts as described in these terms.
In version 1.0 of the service all bookings are processed manually by our team. The platform does not collect payments directly: prices shown are indicative, and final terms and payment are agreed individually for each confirmed booking, directly with or through the relevant operator. No contract for a flight is formed until we confirm the booking to you.
Cancellation and change policies depend on the operator and on the type of flight. The specific conditions applicable to your booking are communicated at the time of confirmation and prevail over any general statement on the platform.
You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Jetique Circle acts as an intermediary between members and operators. The actual flight is operated by certified third-party operators, who hold full responsibility for the air service, safety and their own terms of carriage. To the maximum extent permitted by Italian law, we disclaim liability for the acts, omissions or availability of operators, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees (if any) we have received from you for the service in question.
All content, brand assets and software belong to Jetique Circle or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms. You can access, export or delete your data from your profile at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be referred to the competent court, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you.
